Joint project
Completing the joint project with the students in Williamsport had good points and bad points. What was the hardest part of it all? What did you learn? If you had to do it again, what would you do differently?
The hardest part of the project I feel was actually doing the work, even though the work was not very hard at all. Connecting with our partner from Williamsport was easy and it may have only slowed down the project a little bit. The only downside to having three of us here and one partner someone else, Katherine may have not have had as much input in the project as if she were here. This project was also a good experience to have.But if we were to do a project like this again I would be fine with it, but personally if I had to choose what to do, I would rather do it on my own. This is mainly because I like having complete control over the grade I will be receiving for the project. But I feel it went very well and better than expected. It was also good preparation for our future lives if we ever need to do a long distant project in whatever field we choose to work in.
I think the hardest part of the project is trying to think of a parble and writing comments about your parterns picture. The best part of the joint project is when you seeing your project finish.It was great working with other students from another school.
I enjoyed doing this joint project with kids I do not even know. I like how we had the ability to video chat with them, and do something truly creative. The class of students were very nice and were ready to work. My partner and I worked very hard to get the best grade possible. The hardest part was having the time for both of the classes to be able to video chat together. I learned alot about how far in technology we are, now a days. If I could do it again, I would try to spend alittle more time on the video chat with our partners.
i didn't really like the project. i thought it was a little hard to talk to people from other schools when were not on the same schedual.If i had the choice to do this project or another one i would do another one becuase i felt like my partner from the other school An i were doing all the work.Never the less i though it was a good experianc.Next time there could be a few things to change up. One would defitnly be the time spand.Thank's for haveing us experiance problems that might come up in life! from, $ug@
I had fun doing the joint project with the other kids in Williamsport but it was a hard learning experience. But the hardest part was communication because its not like you can talk to them when ever you want to because they are nowhere near you. I learned that you can still do a nice project with people across the state. But if we had to do it again i would do the communication differently and communicate more. It was a lot of fun though and a first experience at it.
i think that the joint porject was a good idea in fourm, but the lack of communation form the partners was a little hard to help out with the problems. all in all the project was a great job i just wish that i could have understood the concept of the project better. im hopping that we will have to use this information a little more in the future. if we had a little more time to get the project done then thier would have been a lot less stress when getting the project done. for example, we had to wait for the email to come in form out partner,in the down time, we couldnt continue on the work. the idea of the project, by me, needed to be thought out a little better.
The Joint project was very interesting it was probably the first time I had ever done anything like that. It was hard at first to rely on someone miles and miles away. I learned that you can't try to control any other person’s work all you can do is do your own work and not worry about anybody else's work. If I had to do it differently I would worry more about my own work and just trust that my partners would do their part too. I don't think I would mind doing another project like this again because now that I know what to do my project would turn out better.
I think for the most part the project was good. The only thing I didnt like was not being able to actully talk to the person. Yeah I could talk to him on the computer and the one web cam but that it. I think if I had to do this again I would want to do more web caming. A thing i learned is that you can take Jesuses old parables and take them into monern day and theu will still make sense.
The joint project was a fun thing to do instead of going through all of the chatpers in our theology book. Working with other students was a good idea. They were great to work with. The class work was easy to divided it up into parts for the other members in our groups.
